your attraction the same as last year?
YES. We are located at 8805 SW Canyon Ln., Portland, OR 97225. Click here for a map.

We will try to open the Box Office for ticket sales at 6:30 pm on the nights we
are open and you can enter the haunt at 7.00 pm. You’re
more than welcome to stay in the lobby and enjoy the entertainment.
What is that smell?
Yes, we do use scents to add to the effects in your experience at our haunted house. Please be prepared to come into contact with a variety of smells and odors while in and/or around the attraction.

We are always looking for dedicated and talented staff members to work
with us. We have a volunteer and paid contracted cast members. Submit your application at the box office during our hours of operation. View the Zombies Wanted page for more information.
What time do you close?
Please check the schedule on the home page. If your are in line at closing,
we will allow you to go through up to the person to who is "Dead Last".

Are you handicap accessible?
Yes, we have marked and reserved parking right out the front doors for your use. The haunt is fully accessible. Note that if you
have special needs let us know and we do have uneven floors and areas
that are tight but that just helps the effect of the scares we provide.
Are animals allowed?
No! For the safety of everyone this is not a place to bring him or her,
due to the noise and scary environment we do not allow this. However,
if you require an animal for special medical reasons we will do what
we can to aid you. Let us know prior to purchasing your ticket.
Why are we asked to NOT bring our cell phones?
We ask that you DO NOT bring in the phones
as when it rings it disturbs the other customers. Also the light from
the phone can ruin the effect of the scare we are providing. Also we
have had people talking while going thought and disturbing other guests.
What happens if I loose something in the haunt?
Do not stop! After you exit the facility contact the ticket office and
we will have our staff look for the property. But we will not stop the
show for your lost article. If the property is not found during the
show times we will look for the item that night and you can leave a
contact number or address for us to get a hold of you. That is why we
ask that you do not bring things in that can be lost.
How long will it take to get through?
We get asked this question all the time and it is hard to answer. We have customers that move very fast from the scares and some who move more slowly. It also depends on the amount of people in line and how fast we are letting them in. On average it will take approximately 30 minutes from the time you enter the attraction to the time you leave the event.
Do you offer a children’s discount?
No. As a reminder, our attraction is rated PG 13.
Can we get refused admission after we purchase the ticket?
Sorry but yes, we have the right to refuse admittance of any patron(s) who do not follow the rules and get out of control, as determined by our staff.. Things such as the use of foul language, aggressive behavior, pushing, vulgar actions, weapons of any kind, alcohol use or mis-use prior to or at the event, etc. will result in that patron or patrons being denied entry to the event. We have a list of rules just like anyone else that must be adhered to for your own safety. Violation of these rules will usually bring a warning and then being asked to leave without a refund. We respect your rights but also the rights of others who have paid for the event.
Will the actors touch us?
Our staff will not intentionally or aggressively grab you, however, we are here to scare you and we do get very close to do just that. Please understand we are doing what you paid us to do. We want you to get your money’s worth-every last cent! However, please keep in mind that by paying admission and entering our haunt you agree that you do NOT have any right to touch the actors or staff. You will be asked to leave if you attack the actors or props or damage any part of the haunt.
Do I get my money back if you do not scare me?
NO! We are sorry if your were not scared. Also you
have to be willing to let your self be scared, we do our best to scare
and or entertain you. Each person has a different level of being scared
and we try to reach them of all, but some of us are just not willing.
Can we bring carry bags in with us?
NO! You will not be allowed in the building with bags, boxes or other
large carrying devices. We will NOT keep the items at the ticket office
or have you leave them out side the facility. Please leave them in your
car or at home. This for the safety of everyone in or around the facility.
Can we take photos, audio or videos recordings?
NO! Re respect the rights of our actors, they are not paid to have you
take photos of them. You’re invading those actors’ rights.
We ask tht you ask to take a photo with one of our line mosters, but NOT in the event. Also we do not want lights and flash photography to distract the scare experience.
Why do you have video surveillance of the attraction?
We do this for the safety of the facility and you. This gives us an
extra eye to ensure that we are keeping every thing moving along fine
and so some people do not attempt to cause harm to our sets, props and
or other guest.
We heard that if you make it through all 13 floors we get $100.00?
This is an old folklore. It in not true and has been around for years
that a haunted attraction with thirteen floors would do everything possible
to keep you from getting to the top. But if you made it you would get
a reward. Not happening here!
Why are you rated PG 13?
We do this to let the parents know that we do have some gore in our
attraction and it is really frightening to some kids, let along some
adults. This is not to say that the kids could not make it trough as
most do, however, we warn you up front that this is scary and you will
NOTget a refund if you do not make it. We have a lot of people that
leave form the emergency exits with their children and thay want a refund.
Not going to happen, everyone would be trying to get a free show from
us. We did our job and we will not be responsible for the kids who cannot
sleep due to the nightmares.
Is it really that scary?
Yes! But that all depends on the person, some people are harder to scare
than others. And we will try our best to scare the yells out of you
and your friends. That is what you paid us for, Right…
Do you offer refunds?
If you have read any of this you know this answer, sorry but no.
How big is the building?
Just under 13 thousand square feet and we use every inch of it.
Do you serve refreshments?
We will have food, refreshments and treats for sale.
Does the parking lot have lights?
Our parking lot is well lit and has roaming security ,
our staff, Beaverton Police, Washington County Sheriffs and video surveillance.
We are looking out for your safety.
Do we pay for parking?
No! Our parking is free and easy to access from Hwy 217.
How many people do you let in at a time?
For your entertainment we only let a few people in at a time. We do
this so you have a better scare rather than being all bunched up and
herded through. Our actors have some places where they will hold you
up just for this reason, you paid good money to get frightened not to
see the ones in front of you get the scare. Do what the actor ask!
